Hazel R. Fisher began working in real estate with Reginald D. Heintish Sr., the original developer of Lake Toxaway Estates in 1977.  Hazel worked exclusively with Lake Toxaway Estates for 22 years.  In 1999 Hazel took her love for this wonderful area and strong work ethic, and established Hazel R. Fisher & Associates Real Estate and Home Management.  Hazel has continued the effort to pursue the original dream of her friend and mentor Reg Heintish, Sr.-to see this tightly knit and hard working community flourish.

             Hazel quickly established the pace and dedication with which her team approaches real estate today.  Jeanne Foster and Sam Gasperoni help complete this team of real estate brokers.  This company is extremely personalized, with 90% of sales stemming from referrals.  Outside marketing includes advertising in two local buyers´ guides, and utilizing three local papers, The Transylvania Times, The Asheville Citizens Times, and The Crossroads Chronicles.  Hazel R. Fisher & Associates have been featured in Blue Mountain Living magazine, The Dupont Registry, and Luxury Homes.  Additionally, HRF & Associates is a part of both the Highlands-Cashiers and the Western North Carolina Regional Multiple Listing Services, which includes the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) allowing anyone, anywhere to view our properties via the internet.  Hazel R. Fisher & Associates also collaborates with referral agencies in Florida and Georgia, and is currently working with an international marketing firm with select properties.
